Youth Work Hard
Must Youth Work Hard? Yes!
“All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.” Proverb 14:23
Therefore, be a part of those who work hard and not a part of those who merely talk. Mere talk and no labor is the principal cause of poverty.
Also, "..The night cometh, when no man can work.” John 9:4
You would need to run with footmen but they should not tire you out. If you get out and prepare in advance to compete with horses.
Prepare for the more difficult task and the simple wouldn’t be of any disturbance to you.
You should not fall in the land of peace, if you have been trained and prepared for battle in the thicket of the Jordan.
“If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5
Evil days are coming. Perilous times are at hand. But if you are prepared ahead of time, tribulations, troubles and temptations of this world, would not make you to faint. That is why you must be well prepared.
The day of distress would rather make you stronger and not plunge you into depression. Don’t go out with a small strength. You cannot confront the world and win with a small strength.
You must be prepared right at your young age to build a habit going out with extra strength and capacity to resist evil.
If you are barely making it when things are relatively easy, what are you going to do when things get tougher? If you are barely able to handle your life pressures when things are relatively peaceful, what are you going to do in time of jungle warfare?
Be ever ready. Be prepared for the thorns of the thicket.
Jungle warfare could erupt. That is when you need a renewed strength.
You may have to pass through the dark thicket, and suffer the pains from the thorns. Yet that is when you find the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to go the extra mile.
