Two Ways To Dating
There are only two different ways to dating. There is the worldly way. And there is the Bible standard.
In these Christian online dating studies, you will learn how to date God’s way, when to date, who you should date and most importantly why you as a Christian need online dating services.
When it comes to online dating, you need care.
You need to consider your personal safety. You would need more care when it concerns the main issues of your life. Dating should lead naturally to marriage and bringing up your family.
It is true that majority of people concern with online dating are worldly. Many of the sites are also.
The Bible says the actions of worldly people are as a result of lust:
“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” 1 John 2:16
That is why worldly ways to dating and worldly advice will never give you what you desire from your online dating. Psalm 1:1
In this area of dating, you should not conform to the worldly standard. Romans 12:2
The Bible standards for dating are quite different from the worldly or modern society standards.
Dating has replaced and changed the Christian concept of courtship.
The important thing is for you to follow only Bible guideline for all your online dating activities.
You need to avoid lust. Remove any tendency and wrong feeling that are related to lust. Avoid all things that direct your attention to a selfish nature.
The goals of your dating activities are: friendship, love and marriage.
Therefore do it God’s way. That is what would give you lasting happiness. Flee all forms of fornication.
Have you been engaged in dating for long without good success? Then watch out. Maybe, “your sins have withholden good things from you.” Jeremiah 5:25
Follow the old standards of dating. Stay with the ancient landmark which your fathers have set. Keep to it and never remove the standard. Proverbs 22:28
There is a hedge of protection over you and your future marriage and family. Don’t break that hedge with fornication or any manner of sin. Ecclesiastes 10:8
