The Way Seems Right

Are you on the way seems right? Have you started life on the wrong side? You might have made a radical and lamentable error right from the beginning.

Yet you could correct the mistakes and avoid the way of death.

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the ends thereof are the ways of death.” Proverb 14:12

Concerning the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer. Psalms 17:4

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. 1Corinthians 10:10

You need to correct the errors with speed. That is, if you don’t want to regret throughout your life. For the way seems right would lead you to destruction. You see, your reputation is what people think you are. Your character is what makes you who you are.

Your character determines your reputation. When you correct the errors in your character, then your reputation would change for the better.

It is a great mistake not to take your reputation seriously. It is a life way to death to think you could lead your life with no consideration to your reputation.

You would learn a good lesson from a ship in the midst of the ocean. If it sails without a compass or a rudder, then it is certainly in great danger. It would move, turn left and right and finally hit suddenly any nearby rock.

Your compass in life is your character. You will fall into needless temptation when you fail to establish a good character. You would become a continuous victim unless you build a strong, stable and good character as your guide in life. Certainly, the best capital to start with in life is a good character. A good character with its resulting good reputation is far better and more dependable than money.

Remember this; money may help start you in business. But it is never a guarantee of your business success. Your character is. Without a good character, and for lack of a good reputation you will miss the best advantages. Certainly, failure and ruin will, sooner or later, result at an old age.
