Mission to Be Fruitful and Multiply

In Genesis 1:28, Adam and Eve were commanded in the Garden of Eden to be fruitful.

You are therefore born on earth, first and foremost to be fruitful. Your mission is to be productive, make profit, yield increase, succeed and of course to reproduce your kind.

This idea also shows the need for you to come to full maturity after a process of growth or development.

That also means the Almighty God has given you tools to achieve your life mission.

You have God’s latent energy in you.

When you tap into it, it would make you would achieve your mission in life.

You have grown from being a baby to a child. And for sure you are not to remain only at that stage. You are growing everyday.

You will grow to maturity. Then you will start bearing the right fruit. You will produce and reproduce your kind.

But you will not stop there. You will multiply. For, to increase or make profit you would need to add or multiply.

You see that those words, "be fruitful and multiply" are very powerful.

They are wonderful and most creative and relate to your Creative ability.

Yes, they show the kind of success God expects you to have on earth. When you have reach a level of success in those two areas, then you would move on to the higher mission - to fill the earth and subdue it.

The most essential thing is this: You need to discover, develop and use profitably the power, ability or talent that the Almighty God has given you.

Mission to Subdue and Rule over the Earth

The use of your endowment or creative tools would make you fulfill the mission to fill, subdue and Rule over the earth.

This shows just one thing. You have the within you the potential for supernatural multiplication.

This when call to work will make you accomplish your mission.

When this energy in you is released, you would get into the realm of divine creativity and enablement that would make you able to “fill” and to “subdue” the earth.

“For heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s. But the earth He has given to the children of men to explore and use beneficially.” Psalm 115:16

To subdue is to overcome. It is to conquer or bring under your control.

To fill is to occupy fully. Therefore God’s power in you could enable you to bring under your control and occupy the earth fully.

It would allow you to explore gainfully the earth’s potential and make you mission possible.

In this respect, no obstacle could delay or stop you. Yes, from the beginning God wants the earth to be under your control.

God is your creator. You need to look unto Him. Counting on God is like multiplying your little ability with the supernatural ability.

The result would be the product of your normal ability multiply by infinity. This is what would lift you high up into God’s realm of infinity.

This is how to connect with God’s supernatural power.

Why is the World Full of Evil?

You have a mission to overcome evil. But why is the world full of evil?

It is because Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden made friend with Satan.

They listened and followed the way of Satan. Satan is the author of evil.

Do you then wonder if human beings - Adam's children - are so prone to evil?

In Genesis 6:5, the Bible says,

“The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”

Take Charge of Your Life

You no longer have to grope through this life. You need to know the opportunities before you. You need to pursue your life purpose in order to realize it.

Adam lost his God given vision and wasted his opportunities by his fellowship or ‘friendship’ with Satan.

That is why you need to take charge of your life. Take control of your mind. Allow no evil to penetrate into the garden of your mind.

For, the sum total of your life is what you do with your time. Your life purpose is revealed in how you spend your time. You are known by what you do with your time. Proverbs 20:11

The Lord Jesus said:

“I must work the works of Him who sent me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.”
John 9:4

With Christ living in your heart you are set free. You are free from the bandage of Satan. You are free to rejoice, worship and serve God.

You are able to recognize and pursue with God’s power His eternal vision and purpose.

And for sure you will succeed. This word of promise is sent to you:

If you are willing and obedient you will eat the good of the land. Isaiah 1:19

Lessons:

There are lessons you can learn and use to better your life from what happened in the Garden of Eden.

Those creative words also show that there is a vision for your life. In those words, you will find the beautiful and peaceful place into which you could help change the world.

You can only change the earth by changing your own world. You can influence the world by taking charge of your life and making it the best it could be.

You can achieve your purpose by depending solely on God’s Word: The word of God is living. It is quick and powerful. You can depend on it all the time.

It is shaper than two edged sword…Hebrews 4:12

The Word of God abides forever ….- 1 Peter 1:

Every new day is a renewed offer of opportunity to actualize the vision which God has put into your souls.
You could do that by using the latent ability He has put in you under His guidance and fellowship.
