Holy Bible is the best seller of all times. It is the best self help book ever written. In fact, Christian Bible is the only true source of authentic help.
It's an unfailing guide in life.
The Bible or “Biblia” was the Greek and Latin name for the ancient papyrus reels on which the Holy Word was first written.
The word Bible or “Biblia” became the exclusive name for the Holy Bible. It stands for a collection of books.
This set apart the Christian Bible from any collection of profane writings. Hence, it is considered from then on as God’s Holy Word.
You may wonder why God put his Word in writing. It is because human memory is short.
So, God decided to put his Word or thoughts in writing. That way, their transmission would not be damaged by human faulty memory.
The Bible was written by human hands on perishable materials. Yet, for more than 2000 years, it exists and dominates, the past, present and the future.
Its content has been transmitted accurately down to the present day.
Its language was simple, clear and direct so that even people with a limited education like Apostle Peter a common fisherman - Acts 4:13 - could read and understand it.
It is also widely distributed and translated into many languages. No matter where you live or what language you speak, you are sure to find a Bible in the language that you understand.
The supreme message of the Holy Bible is love:
- "For God so loved the world...." John 3:16.
- "We love him, because he first loved us."
1 John 4:19.
- "..That he who loveth God love his brother also." 1 John 4:21.
It is all about how to make your life and relationships work. It addresses Life’s most important issues.
It tells you where you came from, why you are on earth and where you are heading to.
It explains why life on earth is short and filled with violence. It offers true and enduring solutions to life’s miseries.
Your Holy Bible contains dependable counsel on how to truly make your life and relationships work.
As you search the Scriptures, you will be shown how to find peace of mind, joy, love and live a fulfilled life. Psalms 19:7-11, Isaiah 48:17-18.
Many of the wonders of the ancient world are completely in ruin. But the Christian Bible proves to be a splendid temple of revelation.
It is not only standing upright among those visible ruins but it is spreading more than ever before.
This confirms the word of prophet Isaiah:
“The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” Isaiah 40:8,
This is why I personally consider the Holy Bible to be a very special book.
It is a life changing book that has inspired, motivated and transformed many lives for many generations.
It will continue to provide unfailing solutions to daily life challenges.
It is a source of inspiration for many generations because its laws or principles are dependable.
Hence, it’s called the Book of the Law. It is also called the Holy Scriptures.
To know the Law is a blessing. But those in the multitude that know not the Law are accused. John 7:49
Surely, you will like to get out of the multitude and study God’s Law. You too would love to tap from this source of inexhaustible wisdom and power.
So, you can benefit from its teaching and transform your life. You can allow the Bible to inspire and motivate you.
It will guide and lead you to a better, fuller and more abundant life.
No matter the challenge, problem or difficulty, you can find sure and lasting solution in the Bible.
You can take full benefit of its teaching to overcome limiting habits, find wealth, health, and success.
