Bible Lessons on leadership.
Focus- Ruth 1:16-18:
Naomi focused on doing what she was called to do. She was watchful. As a leader you too need to focus on doing what you are called to do.
-Your assignment is always to a specific person, people or a group of people. You need to find your assignment.
-Be sure you know what you need to change. The moment you are definite about what you what to change, a whole stream of events will begin to materialize.
-Biblical Leadership set you out for greatness. Commit your self to it. Then be sure to recognize it when you are there. You need to be able to discern greatness.
-When your divine moment comes, all your needs shall be supplied. All manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings, persons and material assistance would begin to flow in your direction.
- You need to hold on until a favorable end. The greatest chapter of your life is about to be written. It will be birth in the atmosphere of discomfort.
- Take the risk. Naomi recognized that there is something about Ruth even though the circumstances seem difficult she stuck by her despite the risk.
- Biblical Leadership makes you seek out for something new or something different. Ruth 3:1-6.
Responsibility – there is need to step out. Go for it! Don’t let your past mistake rob you of the potential of tomorrow.
Initiative – Act even when no one else has done it before.
Sacrifice – Make sacrifices to make things work. Be ready in advance to pay the price.
-Knowledge – Seek and obtain enough information about the problem you are called to solve. You need to know what to change.
Therefore do your research properly. Do it well in advance. Make sure you get the right information.

Integrity (Ruth 4:1-12)
You need to know that your Thoughts, Actions and Words (Talks) are just ONE.
You must be ready at any moment for your divine moment:
